I need to lose 47 pounds for my wedding is in 2 months! tell me that if I can do and how to do urgent please !!!!!

I need help please! I'm 22 years old and weighs 192 pounds. I'm getting married in two months and need to lose 47 pounds before then.
I tried several diets, like the South Beach Diet and it worked. I lost weight, but since I could not continue maintaining the vegetarian diet that I had in college, always after me hungry or anxious, and suddenly I got back all the weight he had lost.
Now I'm afraid to try any diet high or low in carbohydrates.
How can I lose weight fast for that date? What should I do?

ok, hope you're doing well on your jouney to a healthy new you. Hopefully this isn't a quick fix for the wedding as the benifits of a healthy new you will make you realise you can do things you've never dreamed of doing with your husband to be and future children!

Always eat a healthy breakfast upon waking. Don't wait as your body is in starvation mode from not eating for 10 hours. Make sure your breakfast consists of lot's of fibre and grains. This is also the time to eat healthy carbohydrates. Eat every 3 hours but smaller portions. Snack with fruit and low fat yoghurt. Eat grilled high protein meals (chicken & fish) and always have half of the plate with vegies, then a third of a plate of grilled protein and the remaining third of healthy carbohydrates. Drink a full glass of water before each meal and excercise daily increasing it on a weekly basis as your body will quicly adjust.
Common sense is the key. You should no what is good and what isn't as the food you were eating before has put you in this situation. I don't mean to offend you but we have to be accountable for ourselves and it looks like you want to do something about it so good on you. Just remember that this is no quick fix and to keep going and pick yourself up when you are down.

Bueno yo te aconsejo que hagas mucho ejercicio que te haga sudar, caminar rapido, correr, bailar por una hora sin parar, tomar 8 vasos de agua diaria y comer una dieta balanceada que tenga,no grasa,muchas frutas, vegetales, poco carbihidratos, sugar fee, carnes blancas a la plancha comer varias veces al dia en porsiones pequenas.

Well I advise you to do lots of exercise that makes you sweat, fast walking, jogging, dancing nonstop for an hour, drink 8 glasses of water daily and eat a balanced diet that has no fat, lots of fruits, vegetables, low carbihidratos, sugar fee, grilled white meat several times a day in small portions.
